The exterior design of the Grace 7 Pro resembles the “Audrey Hepburn” of the industrial world—its clean, elegant lines almost make one forget it is a robot. The flowing curves of its body, integrated with indicator lights shaped within a Reuleaux triangle motif, lend the Grace 7 Pro a graceful, continuous, and dynamic appearance. The Grace 7 Pro features 7-axis force control technology, enabled by Tendo’s proprietary high-precision joint force sensors. This endows the robot with three defining characteristics: High Precision, High Rigidity, and High Stability.

 

High Precision: Comprehensively optimized design minimizes crosstalk, dramatically enhancing data accuracy and elevating overall precision to within 0.2% FS.

 

High Rigidity: A specialized stainless steel substrate and structural design achieve a torsional rigidity 1.5 times that of industry counterparts of the same specification (greater than 150 KNm/rad). This makes high-payload, force-controlled collaborative robots a reality and allows for further increases in robot speed while maintaining motion precision.

 

High Stability: The use of semiconductor-sensitive materials and micro-fusion bonding technology fundamentally eliminates the aging, creep, and hysteresis effects associated with traditional resin adhesive processes, thereby delivering exceptional full-scale and zero-point stability.

Robots must exhibit high responsiveness to arbitrary motions dictated by dynamic environments and tasks. The Grace 7 Pro achieves motion response latency as low as 5ms in dynamic settings. Leveraging its proprietary Fusion Control System, it offers a servo-control interface capable of millisecond-level responsiveness. High responsiveness is an essential prerequisite for integration with future AI breakthroughs, and the Grace 7 Pro is a high-end platform engineered for profound compatibility with next-generation AI applications.
